Relax Plan Refund Terms

• The plan is valid for 30 days.
• 100% refund must be claimed within one week of the plan's expiry if you shift to a property not listed on Lets Rentz.
• To claim the refund, submit a valid copy of your rental agreement matching the requirements shared with your Lets Rentz relationship manager.
• Lets Rentz will verify your claim, which may include a physical visit to the property.
• If you decide not to move to a new house and choose to stay in your current property, no refund will be provided.
• The rent and deposit amounts in the registered rental agreement must be equal to or lower than the details provided during plan subscription.
